MONTHLY EVENTS
- Area Agency on Aging (AAA3A) – 12/18, 1/15/26, 11 AM – 2 PM, Free
- A representative from the Kalamazoo AAA3A, will be onsite every 3rd Thursday of the month to provide information, referrals or assistance for aging at home. Walk-ins are welcome.
- BINGO – 1/14/26, 3-4 PM, Free

- Lunch & Learn: Self-Empowerment for Seniors – 1/15/26, 12-1 PM, Free

- 2026 Healthy You Lunch & Learn Series: Food As Medicine! Simple Ways to Improve your Healthspan – 1/27/26, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM, Free
- Join us for a year-long deep dive into the six pillars of health, offered every other month beginning in January.
- For the first Lunch & Learn in our series, Dr. Katie Grossman will discuss nutrition and the role it plays in your Healthspan.
